There are 3 ways to chart teeth with this webapp: 'simple all at once', 'simple diagram one at a time', and 'advanced diagram one at a time'. Each of these would work better under different scenarios.

1) Fluffy has multiple missing teeth and many more simple extractions. Her few remaining teeth have no periodontal disease. 'Simple all at once' would work best here. Note all the missing and extracted teeth in one straightforward page and be done.

2) Rex has mostly great dental health but has some teeth with common issues such as fractures and pocketing. Images need to be taken to document his periodontal issues. The 'simple diagram one at a time' would allow you to focus on just a few teeth individually, taking pictures to document the periodontal disease and note exam findings and treatment in a simple, quick form.

3) Quiancy also has good overall teeth, but has several teeth that have extensive periodontal disease necessitating specific charting, images to be taken, and his vet likes to be meticulous in documenting everything. This calls for the 'advanced diagram one at a time'. It will allow you to record the most specific exam findings and treatments.

Of course, you can also use a combination of the above charting techniques. Start with the 'simple all at once' and then switch to one of the 'one at a times' to add more detail.

Use the example dental chart below to test how each of these techniques work.
